The Agile Academy Course Curriculum is a structured and integrated program which covers the core Agile skills and practices in a specific, well-defined Agile framework. Our Training Roadmap provides a suggested role based pathway so that you can get the most out of our training program.

Agile Academy courses are based on the latest industry practices and developed and facilitated by highly respected and experienced trainers. Currently we are offering 14 courses in Australia and New Zealand which are suitable for beginner to expert practitioners of Agile. Costs

For our 1 day courses in Australia, the cost is AUD$990 inc. of GST and our 2 courses are AUD$1650 inc. GST.  Our 1 day courses delivered in New Zealand, are NZ$990 + GST and our 2 day courses are NZ$1750 + GST. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge for payment by American Express card.

Agile Initiate Phase Start Me Up

This course will guide you through each of the Initiation steps - solution refinement, story identification, story prioritisation, story estimation, and release planning - looking at the deliverables and techniques used to produce them.

The Delivery Phase follows the Initiate Phase. This 2 day course will give you an in-depth understanding of story elaboration, and experience real-life case studies on delivery iteration.

Agile Testing

Become an expert tester in an Agile environment. This two day course covers tester tasks and responsibilities in all phases of the project life cycle.
