Shane Hastie, our presenter at the Brisbane Agile Academy Meetup on 30th September, is the Chief Knowledge Engineer at Software Education, where he provides training and consultancy in business systems analysis, requirements engineering, software project management, software testing, and design techniques.
He is also a highly experienced Agile practitioner, coach and trainer with nearly 30 years experience in software development in real-world environments.
In this audio presentation of the night, you will hear Shane explaining how to use a simple five component model to identify and prioritise epics and stories and then build the master story list for a project. He also introduces the model and its concepts by using it to run a real world hands-on project with the Meetup members present.
