Agile Academy expands its world class Agile Curriculum

Leader in knowledge-sharing and professional development in the Agile space in Australia and New Zealand, the Agile Academy, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its extensive course list to 13 with the release of the "Agile Concept Phase Start Me up" course  to its range of Agile offerings in 2010.

This course is the latest in a series of world class courses aimed at increasing Agile related learning, knowledge sharing and Agile competence across the IT industry by reducing project risk and delivering true business value faster.

Participants will learn how to start up a project or an initiative in a structured Agile way and also to make a proposal as to whether a project in fact makes good business sense and is worth pursuing or not.  The course includes the pre-concept work that is essential to kick off the seven Concept Phase steps, and also provides tips on how to start and run the Concept Phase in detail coupled with techniques and templates to help carry out these steps.  It then looks at the best way to close out the Concept Phase, and prepare for the Initiate Phase.

This new course like is designed for both business and IT professionals involved in Agile projects.

As  Fiona Mullen, Executive Manager of the Agile Academy says:

“The Agile Academy has designed a world class Agile training program which goes beyond just software development.  We have tried to ensure that our curriculum covers the full information landscape in its entirety.  This means that our clients can follow a seamless maturity path on their Agile journey of learning; whether they are a novice or an expert in the Agile world.”
